Yay for gradual technological cutbacks
I’ve managed to: cutdown TV viewership to 30 minutes of news and a maximum 2 hours or less of primetime shows  stay off facebook without any relapses limit movies to library and Red Box only Needs improvement: too much time spent on laptop and computer, cut down to 2 hours a day spend less time Googling and more time mentally recalling dates, facts, and events
